Stewards of Children

United Against Violence of Greater Dayton is hosting a Stewards of Children training at CARE House on Thursday, June 22 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

This is an opportunity for the leadership, staff and volunteers of area child-serving agencies and organizations to participate in the Stewards of Children, a training that teaches adults to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Continuing education for social workers is available. REGISTRATION FOR THIS TRAINING WILL BEGIN ON THURSDAY, MAY 18 BY EMAILING DENISE UHL JENKINS AT jenkinsd@childrensdayton.org. House of Worship and Community Safety in Today’s Environment

Good Samaritan Hospital Health Ministries Program and United Against Violence of Greater Dayton are sponsoring this event on March 31, 2017 along with support from the Miami Valley Crime Prevention Association, Dayton Police Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
